Run Your Path Without Moving
I become aware of my breath, and focus my mind on the void. The constancy of my breath brings discipline to my thoughts. My awareness dissipates and focuses on the emptiness.
My eyelids are a screen onto which flashes and bright spots are projected, floating against a dark background of several shades. I watch this Gama of unshaped lights without thinking about them, just as if I were sitting on a hill looking at cars passing along on a highway at long distance.
I wake up.
I become aware of my breathing, and breathing consciously is the beginning of my return.
‘Now’ becomes the whole that fills the void.
I am aware of being present, in the only moment that exists: now. And I understand where I am.
I remember my core of healing and return.
I enter my core of healing, where I am being healed. I am in the presence of God, which fills me with joy, with peace.
I am floating in infinity, my legs crossed, my back straight and my hands together in front of my chest.
Beginning the Meditation
Although all infinity is absolute darkness, I can clearly see myself from a distance. It is as if my color image were superimposed on a black background.
I am there, and that is really how I see myself.
God is omnipresent, and he is in my core of healing. He gives me to understand that the will of God heals me.
And his will is also energy.
This energy arrives, it appears from very far away in the form of two parallel red rails that reach me and flow so quickly that I see them static, as if drawn. The outline of my figure is delimited by a thick and perfectly limited aura, turquoise in color. It also seems static, but I couldn't know.
From the top of my head to infinity, the two red rails emerge, identical in shape, but the color is now a darker tone compared to the initial one.
It is given to me to understand that God restores my energy, my being, my health. And the change in the tone of the color of the rails is due to this restoration. The energy flow takes away the worn out.
The Core of Healing
Find Your Wellspring of Peace
If you want to, Instead of focusing on a specific image of God, we can shift the focus inward. Begin by noticing your breath, its natural rhythm grounding you in the present moment. As thoughts arise, acknowledge them gently and let them go, like clouds drifting across a vast sky.
Visualize a wellspring of healing energy within you, a source of deep peace and restoration. This energy can be a warm light, a calming sound, or simply a feeling of inner strength.
Trust that this inner wellspring has the power to heal and revitalize you.
