The Good Routine

The need for quality comes when you wake up to your present. Strongly emotional events hit the comfort zone in which you were dozing peacefully.

Noticing that quality is missing in your life is an immense first step.

The alarm of change was the impetus to take the first step.

The newcomer

The news warns that an event changed your life radically and forever. Your health, your finances, your personal relationships or your family, life has taken something away from you and the only thing you can do is deal with this change.

For some time you ride the carousel of emotions, your emotional intelligence dictates the speed of the carousel.

You go from disbelief to denial, from anger to depression, and then to resignation.

Until, if you achieved grace, you find that you accepted the change and incorporated it into your new life.

It was a path that consumed your true treasures.

Time and Energy

Our unique possession.

The moment and the effort of living it. Moments constantly follow one another, points forming the finite line of our existence.

It's the routine of getting older. And many of us are guided by the emotions that marked us in the environment that formed us in our childhood, to automate this process with fears, pain, insecurity, lack.

So we build our comfort zone: tranquility and unchanging security.

But moments are changes, our life is irregular and amorphous. This is not negative: it is the universe expanding, infinity, cellular movement, atoms, and destiny.

Entropy

All the energy that reaches the earth from the sun, leaves the earth; the amount is exactly the same.

Life is a form of energy, its potential is immense at birth and decreases over time.

But it's still there, with its same initial value.

What varies is its general wave amplitude.

Our vital energy remains the same throughout the formation of each point of our finite line, each moment is marked in our existence with the same amount of life.

Change is the dilution of our energy that loses intensity while proportionally encompassing more.

It is comparable to the radioactive rods that feed nuclear power plants: their size does not change, but their radioactive potential decreases as they are used as fuel.

Importance and Value

Our moments are life happening to us, interacting. They have a constant duration and speed, you can even measure them.

They also have their variable component: their importance and their value.

The importance of the moment lived is reflected in the relative time that we consciously credit to its duration.

Value is a vector magnitude, it is the degree of intensity that interacting or living that moment generated in us, but also whether it was positive or negative, good or bad, happy or painful, sweet or bitter. Useful or useless.

Time & Energy are our possessions

Relativity is understood when thinking, our mind stores thoughts as memories, which lie alongside eternity, the cosmos and the divine. What changes is our ability to access.

Energy is projected into us, but at the same time, we are energy that diffuses through moments, quantitatively varying our entropy.

So, the moment in which we understood, when processing the news we heard about the death of a very dear family member that influences our daily life, that our life changed with this loss, that moment will have great importance and high negative value. Will be remembered.

The moment we understood that our health, mobility, capacity changed radically, or committed to a change in the near future, is an important and strongly negative moment.

Meeting our newborn son or daughter is an important and positive moment.

Healing is always important and positive, it is the moment that encourages us to continue. When you overcame a treatment, a high-risk operation, injuries caused by an accident, trauma imprinted on you by any type of violence.

And when accepting painful breakups in your relationships, when you end mourning, when you overcome vices or tainted relationships, when you achieve goals, reaching the top, breaking your record, by opening yourself up to the world, you have had important and positive moments.

Your Search for Quality

Directing your attention to daily life is good, every moment deserves its energy, however it is important and positive to take the time to get to know yourself.

Who I am? It harasses us intensely in times of trial, it takes many nuances, and it is reformulated into various similar questions.

The moment in which you resolve this question is eternal and constant from an existential point of view.

Potential energy becomes kinetic energy when you see yourself naked and clearly, devoid of everything superfluous, and by knowing yourself you do not judge yourself, you simply accept yourself, and by doing so you are accepting and letting go of your past and your future.

You realize that the only thing you have is your present, and that is the only thing you need.

You were eternal, and you will be eternal again, you are energy, but you will return to being pure energy with time.

So the present is nothing more than a moment that is happening on your finite timeline.

When you get to know yourself, it happens that you feel the important need to add quality to your life, with every step you take.

And the negative or positive fact that led you to discover yourself is, at the end of the day, the grace achieved.

It happened to me this way, it is what I experienced, and that is why I write about this particular way of, through grace, seeking quality in every moment that is, constantly improving with every change, with every new event that knocks on my door.

Grading Moments

Our moments are life happening to us

Wake up

See the world as it is, simply the present. Nothing else exists yet, there are no burdens to drag.

I know how you are, but seek to continually improve, to make it a habit.

Dive inside yourself, accept, let go, become friends with change.

In my moment of awakening, I began to look for ways to improve my life, and I understood that my life, like my being, is the sum of several components.

We are energy, but also flesh, mind and spirit or soul. We are mortal and we are in the world, but we are equally immortal and part of the universe.

And my life has spheres or areas: family, work, physical and mental health, personal relationships, faith and religion, our diet, hours of sleep, sports and recreational activities. Moments of creativity, of accuracy, of remembering, of extrapolating.

Everything that forms me and the sum of my activities come together, mix and create each of my moments, the events that I receive from the world do not shape me, they can change, limit or improve me, but there is nothing that can force me to feel in a different way than I want to feel.

Nothing can change my thoughts except my awakening to new possibilities, alternatives or ways of analyzing what comes to me, or what comes out of me.

The pain will cause me negative moments, but not negative thoughts.

A sad event will cause me pain, but only once, I will not remember it, it will not hurt me again.

Control of the mind is the path to infinity, to emptiness, to nothingness. In that place you are alone, that is why nothing can reach you, and there is no pain or suffering, only grace that produces peace.

Start by producing positive, optimistic, assertive thoughts.
